CUSTOMER CARE
- All prices on my website do NOT include shipping and handling!
- Shipping and handling can't be calculated unless your order is complete.
- I won't ship any order unless I have received full payment either on my bank account or on my PayPal account. If you'd rather pick up an order in person you have to pay in cash.
- All sales are final! Exchanges or refunds are accepted in justified cases only! If you have to return an item it has to arrive at my place in perfect condition! If this isn't the case you won't get a refund.
- Customers from foreign countries please keep in mind that you might have to pay customs and/or taxes in your country. Please contact your customs officials before placing an order because you are responsible to pay all surcharges that your country might claim!
- All information about the items in my shop is non-binding. Please keep in mind that there can be slight differences in color! These differences whether in photo cards or any other items won't be accepted as a reason for a refund.
Terms of delivery:
- Photo cards ship out within 2 weeks.
- Custom made photo cards might take longer than two weeks if you like to get an e-mail with a sample of the photo before I place the order.
- Cross stitch or other craft items that are in stock ship out in 5 days or less.
- Delivery time for cross stitched items according to your wishes (for example a picture) depend on how long it'll take me to complete the work. Don't worry; I'll inform you in advance about the approximate waiting time! Please keep in mind that I don't have much time to stitch in November and December due to craft shows and/or personal matters.
